User Submissions Collarfree.com does not take any responsibility for any designs submitted onto the Website. All designs are assumed to be the original work of art by the user submitting the design. Designs may only be submitted onto the Website if they are not currently being sold or submitted to or on any other website or store and are the original work of the user. Any design found to violate this at anytime will be removed and any accrued or future profits will be forfeited. Please contact us if you feel any design is in violation of these terms. Voting Voting on Collarfree.com is an integral part of the success of the website and community interaction. All voting must be done manually by Humans. Any use of a “spider”, “robot”, or any computer program designed to modify voting data will result in the banning of the user and deletion of this data. We reserve the right to remove any user or design deemed to benefit from non-human voting. Intellectual Property Collar Free respects the work of all our designers and we expect you to do the same. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any users designs that are copyrighted material belonging to others, without obtaining their prior written consent. We reserve the right to reject or remove any design thought to violate this term at anytime. Any payment received from designs thought to be copyright infringement will be forfeited. Applicable Law and Consent to Jurisdiction The Collarfree.com site is controlled from its offices within the State of California, United States of America.
